The main house - 2800 square meters living space area in one floor, includes five air-conditioned double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, dressing rooms, and balcony for each room.

A large reception - 200 square meters living area with integrated sofa and antique Joglo - 600 square meters as well as a modern kitchen with bar, office, dining room. The villa even has a private cinema, tennis court, two swimming pools, and a helipad.

The villa is surrounded by a tropical garden, with two stunning swimming pool - length 30m each - as well as a gazebo-spa and bungalow - 80 square meters overlooking the beautiful rice field view.

The property includes also a clay tennis court, parking area, storage, on the top of which is a huge open air meeting area for diner or reception, and an extra bedroom.
