Accommodations:
The Villa itself is a piece of art. The incredible views and exquisite architecture create an exciting and magical feel. Our architect accomplished the challenging task of creating an open design which brings the beauty of the outside to the inside with an easy flow throughout the villa.

The villa’s unique design and gorgeous landscape have been built to perfectly fit the cliff and the lay of the land. The floor plan lends itself to entertainment, relaxation and enjoyment. The large ceiling to floor glass doors and windows in every room welcome the brilliant natural light and refreshing trade winds without interrupting the breathtaking views.

Bedrooms:
There are 4 luxury suites each on their own level ensuring maximum privacy for your total relaxation and comfort. Each suite is individually decorated with its own elegant color scheme.

101 Suite – This is our most impressive and private suite with striking valley and mountain views. A gorgeous outside terrace for reading a book or enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Relax to the peaceful sounds of the waterfall cascading outside of the bedroom, private living room and huge bathroom area or enjoy your outside shower in private gardens or a soothing bath in the oversized double jacuzzi.

102 Suite – Surrounded with panoramic views of the mountains and valley and a beautiful view of the koi pond.. Elegant bathroom with two person Jacuzzi and shower. Enjoy Bali’s magnificent sunrise in the morning Covered terrace with comfortable seating and large outdoor relaxing area !

103 Suite – Expansive ocean views, private terrace and beautiful gardens right out your door! Very romantic room with king size poster bed! Rich hardwood floors lead to countless windows to open and enjoy the Bali breezes if you choose! Bathroom offers spacious outdoor shower in your own private gardens and a Jacuzzi for two!

104 Suite – This is a wonderful suite on the top floor with an exceptional view of the ocean. Private terrace. King sized bed can be converted into twins. Gorgeous hardwood floors and pleasant reading area. Easy access to the upper level living area and the large terrace for really enjoyable nighttime relaxation or sun bathing during the day!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms :
all rooms have King size bed, AC and overhead ceiling fans, flat screen TV, DVD player, phone , dressing table, built in closet, safety box, Jacuzzi, double sinks with granite tops, hot water shower.

Pool Area:
Relax in a beautiful infinity pool, sit under the waterfall or cool off in the whirlpool while enjoying the view of the Indian Ocean and valley from the cliffs of Uluwatu.

Soak up the sun on the comfy lounges or stretch out on the large sectional sofa and read a book or take a nap! Our pool area, with its beautiful gardens is the perfect place to relax and entertain.

Living, Dining and Kitchen Areas:
The first floor offers a relaxing living room, dining room and kitchen area with views of the ocean, gardens and pool area. Seating for eight at the elegant dining table, or for more casual dining, eat at one of the two bars in the kitchen area. Western style kitchen with the most up-to-date appliances available. Floor to ceiling glass doors allow area to be fully air conditioned or opened to enjoy the ocean breezes.

Step out of the dining area, take a seat in one of the lounges sitting in a small pond or the staff will set up a table and chairs for four, for your dining pleasure while cooling your feet in the pond and enjoying the sounds of the water fall.

This area is very open, which allows full view of the Koi pond which flows into the villa, along with unobstructed views of the gardens, ocean and valley below.

Large living/entertainment area on the second floor equipped with home theater. Overlooks the pool area with spectacular ocean views. Step outside to a quiet terrace with lots of comfortable seating and enchanting views. Great place to read a book during the day or star gaze at night!

• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day, Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

Accommodation Rates above is per night per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car

• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
